Shipping & Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with an online purchase, you may return the product and get a voucher of the exact amount (minus the shipping cost) to use on the website, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not entertain any requests after 7 days of purchase. The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our customer support, after which the case will be independently reviewed by the Head of Support and the matter decided. If the issues presented are deemed valid then the return of the purchase and subsequent voucher will be authorized.
All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days and will be delivered in 4-5 working days. In case of any natural disasters (Earthquakes, Pandemics, Weather Abnormalities) or political unrest, delays in shipments can be expected.
If the order is incomplete/incorrect or some products are missing, the case will be independently reviewed by the Head of Support and the matter decided. If the issues presented are deemed valid then correct or missing products will be shipped (only shipping will be charged). We will not entertain any requests after 7 days of purchase.
